Domestic Shipping Policy & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-72 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please be aware that delivery delays can occur on rare occasions and are out of our control. So for any and all time sensitive orders, please give yourself ample time to account for these unique occasions.

Eufloria NYC Ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Eufloria NYC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
It is the goal of Eufloria NYC that every package arrives in pristine condition and meets (preferably exceeds) your expectations. Unfortunately, many of these things are not within our scope of control. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your items or a package arrives to you damaged, please contact us via email at admin@euflorianyc.com within 7 days of arrival. Attach clear photos of your damaged items. We will then arrange to have the items returned to us and you will receive a refund or we will replaced at no additional cost (whichever you prefer) because we value you as a member of the Eufloria NYC Collective!
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
